Rivers Governor Neesom Wyke and three of his allies, Samuel Oltom (Benue), Okezie Ikpeaz (Abiah) and Sayi Makinde (Oyo), are now in Europe.
The Daily Trust understands that the governor flew to Madrid, Spain, on Friday night.
